3 Easy Ways to Stay in Shape for Spring Break

With Spring Break only 3 weeks away everybody is trying their best to get toned and tanned before they embark to their next destination. Whether you’re going to the mountains or the beach, these are our three favorite ways to stay in-shape.

Running

While this isn’t every person’s favorite cardiovascular activity, it is one way to get outdoors and enjoying this out of season winter weather. With hundreds of trails around Colorado there is never a reason to not get moving. If running isn’t up your alley these trails also offer plenty of options for hiking, walking, or even just enjoying the beautiful scenery in our home state.

Yoga

While Yoga is hailed for all of its benefits including balance and flexibility, one of our favorite classes are the yoga sculpt classes that push us to our limit in 98 degree rooms doing full muscle strength training. These classes, paired with upbeat music, and a community feel make staying in shape easy and fun, especially with daily classes that force you to keep up your routine!

Cycle

Our newest work out strategy has been high intensity cycling classes. While these classes have been working wonders for people for years, we have just recently given in to the hype. These classes will make you sweat, make you burn, and get you in the best shape of your life.
